Product Description

SM 40 Perfluoro-conpound is a colorless transparent perfluorinated chemical with good chemical inertia, electrical insulation, thermal conductivity and very low surface tension. It is mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing plants as heat conduction medium. Its liquid temperature ranges from - 55 ºC to 155 ºC, which is mainly used in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment and other equipment. Because SM 40 is a single component, it will not degrade or expire. SM 40 has high boiling point and less volatilization with time.
